The Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Inversion System is a complete Inversion system for home or office use where space does not allow for an Inversion Table. Attaching to any door frame that is 28 to 36 inch wide (the standard size for 98% of doorways in the USA and Canada), the Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Inversion System takes up no floorspace and yet provides a platform for complete Inversion.
Unique to the Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Inversion System is the dual-bar construction that eases mounting and allows you to Invert in a position that is removed from the door cavity. In this position that is out and above the door frame, you have more room for stretches and exercises while Inverted. The dual-bar design makes the Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Inversion System much easier to mount than a standard chin-up bar -- you can pull yourself up on one bar while hooking your feet over the bar in front of you. This motion requires less strength and less flexibility to mount than a single chin-up bar.
Safety is also a prime consideration in the design of the Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Inversion System. The Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Inversion System features locks over the bar so that it is held in place during inversion. With the locks engaged, the bar can not slip out of the locking brackets.
